Amazing first visit to Sydney!

This is one of the pieces created during the guest spot — a custom blackwork tattoo combining ornamental geometry, solid blackwork and the natural flow of the arm.

Light and shadow, solid shapes and negative space all work together to create rhythm and balance.

What is left untouched is often just as important as what is tattooed.

Every decision has a purpose.

Third session. Work in progress.

Large-scale projects are never about reaching the finish line as quickly as possible.

Between each session, I take time to step back, study the composition and make sure every new element strengthens the harmony of the whole.

I don’t believe in filling empty spaces. I believe in creating tattoos that follow the body naturally and will continue to feel balanced for years to come.

A new home for Sacred Black Body Art is coming soon to Bali.

Blackwork is often seen as a style. For me, it is a language.

Lines, shapes, contrast and negative space all serve a purpose. Each element is carefully placed to create balance, movement and harmony with the body, rather than simply filling the skin.

The goal is not to make the tattoo louder, but to make it belong.

Every composition is developed specifically for the person wearing it, making each project unique.

Every tattoo begins long before the first line.

Preparing the workspace, choosing the right tools, studying the design once again, and creating the right atmosphere are all part of the process. None of it is rushed.

I believe tattooing deserves time and presence. Not because tradition demands it, but because every permanent piece should be created with intention and respect.

The tattoo itself is only one part of the journey. Everything that happens before it matters just as much.

Work in progress.

In a time where everything moves fast, I still believe some things should take time.

Understanding the person, studying the anatomy, developing the concept and allowing the project to evolve naturally are all part of the process.

A tattoo is permanent. The design deserves the same level of attention.
