Thus, the following is our procedure for customers when making reservations:
1. Call the official Toraya Realm number which is available online.
2. Consult any physical complaints you have with the Admin who is available to connect directly to the Evy Toraya or you can directly choose a menu variant according to your self-care needs via online.
3. Submit an accurate reservation request including (DD/MM/YYYY) and (Hour) to obtain agreement that contributes to the schedule available from the Therapist.
4. After obtaining mutual agreement regarding the available time, the Customer is required to make a deposit of 50% of the total cost of Exclusive Treatment (Conditions apply to Homecare services).
5. If the customer is not willing to make a down payment of 50% of the total cost, then as a substitute they must provide a verified photo of their digital ID (Conditions apply to Homecare services).
6. Without fulfilling one of the two requirements above for Homecare services, the reservation is considered void (Exception is for customers who have subscribed as a member and have a good record of reservations and spending at Toraya Relaxing or come from third party business partners)
7. Especially for services at official locations owned by Toraya Epigenia you are free from the obligation to provide a 50% down payment and/or ID verification.
8. On-site services simply arrive according to the mutually agreed schedule.
9. Admin immediately creates an invoice in printed or digital form as a confirmation requirement for the Customer and is mandatory.
10. Providing various kinds of benefits is carried out in accordance with procedures.
