Big things are happening at My Life. 🙌
In the past year alone, we've opened three new locations in Meath, two residential houses and one respite house, as well as expanding our services in Louth.

That means more people getting the support they deserve. And it means we need more brilliant people to join our team.

We're looking for carers, support workers, and healthcare assistants who want to be part of something special, a HIQA-registered, family-owned service that's been caring for people across the north east for over 25 years.

No two roles here are the same, but one thing always is, the heart behind the work.

Less than a year together. Already a team of all stars. 🏆
The team at Nangle House in Navan were presented with the Team of All Stars Award - the John and Vera McCoy Cup at our Staff Appreciation Night at Slane Castle.

In just months, they've built something truly special, a home with its own culture, its own warmth, its own identity, for five residents who moved from hospitals and nursing homes into a place where they could truly live.

One of those residents was able to walk his daughter down the aisle at her wedding, a moment that might not have seemed possible before.
That's what care looks like when a team genuinely believes in the people they support. That's My Life.

Some people walk through the door and just… fit. 🌟
That's exactly what happened when Alannah McMahon joined the team at The Avenue in Ardee. Less than two years in, and she's already the kind of colleague you genuinely cannot imagine the place without.

Our Director of Care Barbara Murphy said it best: "She moved through her development with a smile, with creativity, and with an energy that lifts everyone around her."

Alannah was honoured with the Rising Star Award at our Staff Appreciation Night at Slane Castle, and honestly, it couldn't have gone to a more deserving person.
This is what working at My Life looks like. A team that grows together, celebrates together, and genuinely cares, for the people we support and for each other.
