Joanna works with adults with acquired brain injuries and physical sensory disabilities at our Anam Chara respite service in Dundalk, and her laughter really can be heard through the whole house.

In her own words: 'I love to laugh and I try to make everyone happy. This award means so much to me because I love my job and really appreciate my colleagues and the fantastic place I work.'
