I cannot recommend Olwyn highly enough. After my C-section, I was struggling with tightness, discomfort, numbness, overhang and feeling disconnected from my body. Her massage and alignment work was incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and restorative. Not only did I notice a real improvement physically — less pulling, better posture, feeling returned and improved mobility — but I also felt emotionally supported throughout the process. She created such a safe and calming environment, and her understanding of post-C-section recovery is exceptional. I left each session feeling lighter, more aligned, and more confident.

Hello! I would like to let you know that I treat mothers who endure discomfort and pain after C-Section. The scar and surrounding tissue can cause many problems , leading to more health issues. Your section can be decades ago, this therapy still works!
