A Sound Bath in The Yurt is an immersive sensory experience.

The sessions are facilitated by Benedykt Grabowski and Pamela Sage. (Accumulating 28yrs experience with sound)

Nestled close to nature, in TheYurt, your comfort is our priority. You’ll be provided with a padded mattress, cushion, bolster, blanket and eye pillow đŸ€

We begin with a guided relaxation, gently releasing tension, physical clenching, and mental overwhelm. From there, the sound journey unfolds — beginning softly and slowly building into rich, powerful vibrations that ripple through the space and out to each participant.

Our beautiful range of gongs, bowls, drums, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, weave together, creating an ever-changing landscape of sound and vibration, inviting you into deeper states of relaxation and awareness.

Each guest then receives a personal one-to-one sound therapy session using Tibetan bowls and tuning forks, offering an opportunity to receive and unwind on an even deeper level.

Finally, we are gently guided back into the space. Herbal tea is served - there is no rush — just time to reflect, reconnect and slowly reintegrate.

We look forward to welcoming you

Plan a mid-season day off for you.

Pamela and Sinéad warmly invite you join us in TheYurt (Co Kildare) for a day of self care on Sunday 18th October.

At dusk, we will gather in a circle inside TheYurt for a soothing cup of herbal tea.

Sinéad will lead us through a Hatha yoga class, designed to help you connect with your body and mind. She will focus on movements that cater to your individual needs, so that you can unwind and release tension as you flow through each pose.

Pamela will then guide us through a calming breathing practice before we tuck in under warm blankets supported by a bolster and cushions. Now our sound journey begins. The therapeutic sounds of gongs, bowls, drums and chimes, will help you to deeply relax supporting internal healing and balance.

The evening will conclude appx 8-8.15pm
The price is €55 and the group size is limited to a max of 12 people.

There are very few photos of my sessions because when I am facilitating, I’m facilitating and I am not thinking of photos! But I’m always kicking myself afterwards that I didn’t get a group shot of all the wonderful people that come together in TheYurt.

Last Saturday was no exception. I am consistently blown away by the life experiences people carry, the resilience they have and the wisdom that comes from those experiences, particularly the painful ones.

Thank you to all 9 women who joined me for our first midlife circle in TheYurt.

Our intention for the day was to be kind and tender with ourselves, to move mindfully, to find pleasure in movement and give ourselves space to rest and flow and breathe and feel. I think we all need more of that.

:-)
Pamela
