Meet Amy ; our new AI Virtual Assistant at O’Hanlon Pharmacy! 💚

We’re delighted to introduce Amy, our new virtual assistant, who will now be there to help when you call the pharmacy.

Amy has been introduced to help us answer your calls quickly and reduce the time you spend waiting on the phone. You can speak to Amy just as you would a member of our team , she can help you order your prescriptions, answer common questions.

đź“ž What happens when you call?
The first time you speak with Amy, she’ll ask for a few details such as your name, date of birth and address. After that, she’ll recognise your phone number, so you won’t need to provide all of these details each time you call.

Amy is being introduced in the pharmacy from today, so we really appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we get used to our new system.

We hope Amy will make contacting O’Hanlon Pharmacy quicker, easier and more convenient for everyone. 💚
