🔥 Fire Flow hot yoga - at the fab Zen-Movement Studio - Every Thursday at 7.15pm

🧘‍♀️ Foundations yoga - another one at the fab Zen-Movement Studio. Beginner's yoga, although the class open to more experienced yogis who want to enhance their practice 🙏 - Every Saturday at 11am
