FREEDOM........What does freedom mean to you. First of all we have to unlock the chains of what is holding us back. I had a deep conversation with a colleague last week, I discovered that one of the chains that was holding me back was " FEAR OF NOT HAVING ENOUGH TIME TO DO WHAT I WANT. " It was a huge revelation for me because all I could see was everyone else getting on with life and I was stuck within the walls of a hospital room. I felt so disempowered. The conversation help me shift the perspective on negative thinking, it was one chain I had to break around time. I was rushing the time for healing instead of going with the flow of time for healing. I felt a sense of relief, a chain had broken. Now the real work begins, breaking more chains so more freedom can enter my life.
Have a wonderful August, start freeing yourself of the negative thinking of the past and start moving forward in a life full of joy and fulfillment. 🥰🥰🥰🧡🧡🧡.

There's always the sun 🌞. When the sun appears or we head to sunnier climates our problems just seem to fade away. When the sun fades our problems seem to come back again. The reason why the come back is because we haven't worked on them.
One word or feeling that has come to mind is anxiety 😬. For example ' suffering from anxiety '. Have you ever asked yourself why you are you suffering from anxiety? Write out your answer. There's the solution and you work on the solution 😉.
When the dark days come back again just know the sun always shines in our soul ✨️ 💜💜💜
Look closely to the sun you will see the beautiful colours of blue, green and violet 💙 💚 💜. I have been doing alot of visualisation lately using the green and blue. I was so happy to see the colours as I love working with the energies of colour. I will introduce the violet ray soon 💜.

😇😇😇💜💜💜 In tune with my intuition. I was guided to go out and enjoy the great sunshine. As I started my short walk I could hear the mental chatter in my mind, I then I brought my awareness back to the present moment. I was able to breathe, feel the sunshine on my back and notice that I was able to walk and enjoy the short distance.
Sometimes on a sunny day there are butterflies flying around and I hoped I would see one. To my delight I found one and I managed to get a photograph of the creature. I didn't care how I was dressed all I wanted to do was to breathe, feel and heal and enjoy my little walk and dispose of the mental chatter of the mind. 🩷🩷🩷😇😇😇 Enjoy the next few days of glorious weather. 🌻🌻🌻As many of you know my previous life coaching business was known as The Sunflower Life Coach. When I was gifted the three sunflowers to grow, I got a bit nervous about nurturing them. I watered, left it alone, looked at them growing and even urged them on to grow by speaking to them😊😊😊. As I haven't seen the flowers from Friday until today I got so excited as I approached them. I could see through one of my mum's bushes they had opened. The spiritual meaning " Sunflowers symbolize loyalty, adoration, positivity, and the pursuit of light, reflecting both spiritual devotion and joy across cultures.. " The provide so many living creatures with nourishment and of course humanity in so many different ways. For me it is a small wee achievement in gardening, I am proud of it " 🌻🌻🌻
