Thoracic rotation improved after one round of breathwork alone.
No stretching, no manual therapy, no mobility drills.

Sometimes what feels like stiffness is more about breathing mechanics, pressure, and position than “tight” muscles.

I’m Chris Statham from CS Mind & Body. Originally from York UK, where I ran a successful Sports Therapy gym, I've now relocated to Ballyshannon after spending 25 years visiting the area where my wife's family live.
I have now set up my business in the BMS Warehouse Gym in Bundoran.
I’ve spent 27+ years working in the fitness and rehab space, helping people recover from injuries, deal with persistent ni**les and keep moving.
