Feeling so grateful I get to work from this beautiful old church - having nothing to do with religion this place holds amazing energy and there’s just something so sacred about holding space here ✨🙏🦋

Generations of my ancestors from both sides of my family are buried here on the grounds. Guiding, protecting and safe guarding my sessions always 🤍

Join me for an evening of Meditation as we take ‘A moment for the Mind’

An evening to allow the mind to rest and take a break from the stress and overwhelm of every day life. It is a gentle practice of meditation and we will also incorporate some breathwork and somatic sensation to allow us to journey further.

No experience necessary - everyone is welcome.

This is a guided meditation - I will support you every step of the way.

Another fab day for the Cahir Wellness Festival 😍 well done to Eddie, Aaron, Noelle and Ruth for all their hard work in organising and bringing everything together.

Needles to say I didn’t take any pics 😅😅 but thank you to everyone who joined in my Somatic Sensation Session at the end of the day. What a gorgeous bunch of people with amazing energy and it was a pleasure holding space for everyone. Thank you as always ✨✨🤍🤍

My current Pilates timetable 🙌🏻🤸‍♀️

All of the blocks are currently full (few spaces free on a Friday morning in Monard) but if you are interested DM me and I’ll add you to the waiting list🙏 these are 5 week blocks so there is often space to join when current blocks change🙏

Saturday morning in Bansha is Pay as you go every week 🙏 booking is essential.

All classes finish with some breathwork and meditation to cool down ✨

Every one is welcome🥰, all levels are catered for with modifications and adaptations - you just need to be able to move up and down to the floor with relative ease🙏

A block of 5 weeks is €50 and PAYG classes are €11.
