It's hard to believe that this little lady is already 4 weeks old. Isla Summer was born on 1 May, a ray of sunshine in the middle of covid lockdown. We are blessed to be isolating here since the schools closed, getting lots of quality family time together and bonding time with Isla 😊 😊

These tasty berries:
✔ are high in Vitamin C
✔contain a good source of fibre
✔ contain powerful antioxidants (along with most other berries) which help prevent oxidative stress that occurs in the body during strenuous activities.

What is your fave long run fuel ❔ I'm keen to avoid too many gels in my marathon training / on race day so all suggestions welcome 😊

Amazing cycle up Alpe d'Huez this morning 🚵‍♂️🌋😎 It wasn't part of the holiday plan but we couldn't resist (Aiden did it yest) as it was practically on our doorstep. Post run brekkie mmmm! I was looking forward to this during my run this morning 😊
Avocado = good fats
Egg = protein
Lettuce & tomatoes = 2 of your 9 (yes 9!) fruit & veg per day
Bread = carbs...and when in France it has to be fresh French baguette 😋
