A huge thank you to Paddy Maher from Mental Education for delivering such an insightful Mental Health Workshop for our staff at Lotus Care 🍃

The session provided valuable guidance on mental health awareness, tips for managing stress and anxiety, and finished with a fantastic meditation session that left everyone feeling recharged.

Supporting wellbeing in the workplace is so important, and we’re grateful for this opportunity! 💙
