Gentle Yoga Classes Return This Autumn

Classes resume Tuesday 15th & Thursday 17th September in Clohamon.

As we move into autumn, nature begins to slow, release and turn inward. Our yoga practice follows this rhythm, supporting the body and nervous system as we move through the changing season.

Through gentle movement, pranayama and Yoga Nidra, we create space to restore balance, nourish the body and settle the mind.

A holistic practice to support body, mind & soul allowing us to move with the season rather than against it.

These classes are suitable for both men & women

Chair Yoga Classes are returning to Clohamon on Tuesday 15th & Thursday 17th of September.

As we gently move into autumn, take some time to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
Through gentle yoga with the support of a chair, breathing exercises and meditation, we nurture the mind, body and soul.
A gentle, holistic practice to support movement, flexibility, balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Tuesdays class is fully booked, waiting list available.

To celebrate International Yoga Day this Sunday, I'd love to gift one person 5 free yoga classes. 💛

The winner can attend either my Tuesday morning or Thursday evening classes and enjoy five weeks of movement, breath, rest and connection.

This summer I’ll be offering weekly yoga classes designed to support the nervous system through movement, breath and deep rest with Yoga Nidra.

Each class weaves together gentle yoga, pranayama and yoga nidra, working with the season and creating space to soften, regulate and reconnect.

For the summer months I wanted to keep things flexible and spacious with the option to come week by week around holidays, family life and summer plans.
A place to pause, breathe and take care of yourself through the season 🤍
