Lovely morning ✨ a big thank you to Jen at Freedom Pilates Buncrana and to everyone who came along✨

We had the most beautiful relaxing time on Sunday morning.

Thank you to all those who came along.

We raised €500 which has now been passed onto one of the social workers based at the Inishowen Development Partnership Buncrana who will ensure it gets to families who need a little help and support this year .

Christmas community event designed to nourish your body, mind, and festive spirit.

Take a little time for you this Christmas while supporting families in our community. Enjoy a relaxing sound bath followed by a gentle pilates session, suitable for all levels 💆‍♀️🧘‍♂️

💛 All donations will go directly to families in need, distributed by the community social workers based at the IDP Buncrana. Your support will help bring comfort and joy to local families this festive season.
