The bells rang over Inishowen for a thousand years. They are still ringing.

We've made a short film about stillness, filmed here, in the EE System at Beyond Light Therapy, and across the sea and hills that hold it.

Long before any of this, the monks who raised the round towers understood something about sound, place and frequency. They chose ancient ground. They rang the bells across the parishes to draw a scattered community back into one rhythm, one frequency, one vibration, togetherness and coherence.

The Frequency of Stillness is our attempt to carry that same idea in light and sound, and to set it where it belongs, on this Crown Chakra of Ireland, Inishowen.

This film has been submitted to the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, the international festival for corporate and branded film held in Cannes each September. We'll share more of the story as the season unfolds.
