I’ve noticed this pattern in myself and in so many people who come to breathwork.
We experience a powerful session, feel amazing afterwards, and then somehow find ourselves avoiding the very thing that helped us.
The resistance isn’t a sign that it’s not working.
Often it’s a sign that something meaningful is happening.
Conscious connected breathwork has a way of bringing us back to ourselves. It asks us to slow down, feel, and listen. Sometimes that’s exactly why we avoid it.
