In yoga - as in life, growth doesn't happen through rush or movement, it happens in the slowing down, in the pause.

Śoṣaṇa invites us to stop.

To absorb and simply be. In the space between one breath and the next, we find clarity, presence and renewal.

Have you taken a sacred moment of pause today?
Have you given yourself a moment to breathe, reflect, and listen?

The sacred pause is not empty, it is where transformation begins 💚

As a Yoga teacher I don’t study for my ego!!
I don’t collect certifications, attend training, or spend hundreds of hours (and literally thousands of euros) learning - simply to know more!
I study because every lesson, every insight, and every experience helps me show up more fully for you!
The deeper my understanding becomes, the more skillfully I can guide, support, and hold space for others on their own journey.
Knowledge, for me, is not about being the expert in the room. It is about being a lifelong student so I can be the best teacher possible - for YOU!
