As the weather gets colder it can be harder to drink cold water 🥶 if this is you try drinking hot water instead, I personally find it easier to get my daily intake that way😊

As I close my doors for my 8th Christmas as a kinesiologist I want to give heartfelt thanks to everyone who has continued to put their trust in me and what I do. I feel very blessed knowing that I get to do this all again from 6th January.
