About Reiki level 1

Reiki level one is the first level into Reiki.
This level is very much about your own healing journey.
Very much about self discovery what areas you wish to improve as you take each day bringing Reiki into your world and spending time using Reiki to self heal and peel back the layers of stress that has accumulated over the years.
Slowly, healing from different situations and feeling more at peace as you continue on your selfcare and self-help journey.
