🎢It’s been quite the few weeks
🙌Thank you to everyone who has come to one of our sessions this year, who has liked or shared a post or told someone about singing mamas
🙏Thanks to those of you who have helped out over the last few weeks with ALL the juggle of work/life 🚙🦮🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒🛫🍛
🏥I am grateful for having access to such an incredible surgical team
😌And ready to lean into a bit of rest and also do some rehabilitation 💪🩼🦵

🦹‍♀️Super mama feedback
🧡I am so grateful to have such heart led and open women in my community
🥹This mama just sent me this, and she poured her whole self into it
🤗I LOVE how much she talks about connection
😌How our group supported her to connect with herself as a mama, connect with the music, her baby and the other mamas
🎵Singing and connection are so powerful in supporting those “darker days”
🤓The research is clear too, singing in a group is more effective than usual forms of treatment for PND
👐We are always open to new mamas joining this super special, supportive and nurturing group- just get in touch if you would like to join us

People ask us all the time… “So what is Singing Mamas? Is it just singing?”

And yes, we sing.

But it’s so much more than that.
It’s the feeling you get when you walk into a room and feel welcomed.
It’s the ease that comes back into your body.
It’s the spark you thought you’d lost for a moment.

It’s singing… and it’s you finding you again 🧡✨
