🌿 LATE SUMMER IN CHINESE MEDICINE 🌿

Did you know that in Traditional Chinese Medicine, late summer is associated with the Earth element and the Spleen & Stomach?

This is a time when we focus on nourishment, digestion, energy and feeling grounded.

One of my favourite points to use during this season is ST36 – Zusanli, often called the “Leg Three Miles” point.

✨ Traditionally, ST36 is used to support:
• Digestion & gut health
• Energy and vitality
• Feeling tired or run down
• General wellbeing and resilience

Acupuncture isn’t just about treating a symptom — it’s about looking at the whole person and supporting the body back towards balance. 🌱

☀️ Feeling the effects of the summer heat?

In Chinese Medicine, summer is associated with the Heart and the Fire element. While many people enjoy the sunshine, too much heat can leave you feeling:
