Please fill out the relevant form (general, or smoking, or BWRT etc) as this is an essential part - it tells me a bit about what it is you want to achieve, any medications, any past therapies, or what you might have tried before. If I can help you, I'll then send you my calendar and you can book your appointment directly from there, for a date/time that suits you. Fridays are face-to-face in Kachina, Castlebar, and the rest of the week are online sessions, so we can work from wherever you are!

Are you putting off making a phone call? Having a conversation? Filling out an application? Doing the workout? Setting the boundary? Taking the next step?

Our brains are wired to seek comfort and certainty, even when staying where we are is making us unhappy. Growth often feels uncomfortable because it asks us to step into the unfamiliar.
