Good news for the effectiveness of Bowen Therapy for people with fibromyalgia. A resent study in Hong Kong concluded that 'Bowen Therapy may be effective for fibromyalgia patients in improving limb endurance, reducing activity interference, and enhancing quality of life.'
We're not saying that Bowen Therapy can cure fibromyalgia but it certainly seems to help people to live with it.

You get so used to the pace of everything that you stop questioning it.
Always on the go, always thinking about the next thing… just getting through it.

And then you lie down for reflexology and realise - oh.
I haven’t actually stopped in a while.

It’s not dramatic or life-changing in a big flashy way.
