A beautiful morning at our Women's Circle today at Aanahaa Yoga Studio, Castlecomer. ✨

This month's theme was celebrating sisterhood and reflecting on how far we can all come in just one year, as we move through the week of this year's Summer Solstice. 🕉️☀️

Through the magic of connection, ceremonial cacao, and sound medicine, we shared a morning of deep rest, reflection, and nervous system nourishment.

February's Monday Morning Circle with Sound Meditation and a Cacao Cermony is set for Monday 9th of February at 10am.

These are beautiful, relaxing mornings of connection with others and your inner self. What a lovely way to start your week pouring into you, regulating your nervous system, releasing trauma and stuck energy, and resetting for the week ahead.

A safe space thats been specifically put there to accommodate people like me, who are busy mammys, or for any other reason are not able to make events like these are they are mostly on in the evenings. Everyone is welcome 💚
