We're delighted to welcome G&G Wellness "Hydrate" to our coffee dock this summer, the perfect companion to a sauna session, sea swim, surf, paddle or any day spent outdoors.

Sauna use and watersports can lead to the loss of fluids and essential electrolytes through sweating, so staying hydrated is key.
