Delighted to announce our Autumn Yoga term starting 1st September 🧡🍂

With 9 days to go, we have only a couple of spaces left in our Tuesday night classes. 🧡

So whether your brand new looking to start your Yoga journey or ready to get back on the mat after a break, you are very welcome to join us this Autumn 🍂

We will be exploring the Yamas & Niyamas in our practice this term and how we can integrate Yoga philosophy into our daily world 🧘‍♀️
