South Sligo Wild Sauna are excited to be apart of the 2025 Croí Night run in partnership with East Mayo Athletics Club.

The run takes place on Friday October 17th (tomorrow) at 8pm starting at St Attractas National School and then finish up at the CBD Complex.

The sauna will be open at our usual location to all participants over the age of 14 years to recharge and recover following the run.

A €10 fee applies and slots can be booked using the link below. With all proceeds going towards Croí to support the amazing work they do in supporting heart and stroke health in communities across Ireland.
