Dear Ladies & Gentlemen,
Recently, several clients cancelled appointments without prior notice, adversely affecting the clinic's operations and hindering our ability to accommodate other clients. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a smooth scheduling process.
All bookings are subject to approval and are only confirmed once accepted by Venus Clinic. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit or incur applicable fees, depending on the specific service booked. Refunds for deposits are issued only if cancellations occur within the designated cancellation window.
We may offer a brief grace period for late arrivals at our discretion; however, clients who arrive significantly late may have their appointments shortened or rescheduled. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and mobile payment options, which will be confirmed upon booking.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before their appointment to ensure safe and effective treatment. Arrivals should be solo unless prior arrangements have been made with our staff.
Please note that once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, in accordance with applicable law. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Personal and booking information is collected solely for service delivery and payment processing. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Thanks for your understanding and appreciation.
