And so the posters are now in the window for our first Wild Poppy Menopause Wellness Workshop at the Westgrove Hotel on Sunday 20th September. 🤗

We have a super day planned, with the wonderful Virginia Ziulu|The_Inflammation_Specialist sharing great advice on nutrition and hormonal health - through all the stages of menopause.

And the lovely Deirdre Comerford guiding us through meditation and relaxation, with time to slow down and reflect.

And yeah I'll be there too 😅
