Urgh. The year is slipping by.

The last couple of years have shown me time is meaningless if you can't engage with it wholeheartedly. I used to think this meant full on physical energy.

Now I take it as a long run up to doing something. I took this photo years ago. It took me nearly a year to get it printed and find a frame. Simply because it was extra to just getting through the day.

But that doesnt matter. It has all come together nicely now and it'll be hung up this afternoon.

For anyone interested I took the photo at Spanish Point, County Clare. The frame I bought in The Range.

I went quiet again. Ah fatigue is a wonderful and annoying plague. I am choosing not to look at the 'spiritual' positives cause to be fair imho there are none.
I went from managing to exist to getting some physical movement. The brain then decided it was tired. Urgh!

Have I found a happy balance. Nope, not even close. But I take the day as it comes now.

For the second half of the year I am going to.....just be myself. Sod the empowerment and female energy stuff. Existing and thriving take raw energy.

I go for a walk every morning regardless of the weather. There's many good reasons I do it. But mostly if this country path isnt walked nature will just take it back. I like to think nature shares it with me.

This was my morning surprise. A hare. Wonderful creatures and such a delight to stop and watch them for a few moments
