Surrounded by nature, taking in the views, breathing fresh country air and listening to nothing but the birds singing around you 🐦

This is where I hold my circles on the land at my home place in a peaceful outdoor setting created with love for connection, reflection and community 🙏🏼

A place to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself and others ✨

And because Irish weather likes to keep us guessing, I also have my outdoor tent space, allowing our circles to go ahead whatever the weather. In fact, there’s something especially magical about gathering together while listening to the gentle sound of rain on the tarpaulin overhead ☔

Whether under blue skies or soft raindrops, this space invites you to slow down, be present and simply be! With no where else to be and nothing else to do 😌

This Summer Solstice Circle feels incredibly special to me. It marks 3 years since the birth of Cara when I held my very first women's circle on the Warren Beach and what a journey it has been since then 💚

As we gather to celebrate the longest day of the year, we'll honour the light within ourselves, connect in circle and embrace the abundance and magic of this powerful seasonal turning point.

As a heartfelt thank you for all of your support over the last 3 years, every woman attending will receive:

🌕 BLUE FULL MOON IN SAGITTARIUS 🌕

This Sunday’s Blue Moon in Sagittarius is a powerful invitation to pause, reflect and reconnect with your truth.

Sagittarius is the sign of expansion, freedom, wisdom and possibility. Under this moon, we are being asked to release the stories, fears and limitations that keep us small and to trust the path that is calling us forward.

A Blue Moon is considered rare, reminding us that life is full of extraordinary moments when we are invited to choose differently, dream bigger and step into a new chapter.

✨ Ask yourself:
• What am I ready to release?
• What truth am I ready to live?
• What dream deserves more of my energy and attention?
• Where am I being called to trust myself more deeply?

Here are a few simple rituals you can do at home:

🌕 Moonlight Meditation
Sit quietly beneath the moon or near a window. Take a few deep breaths and ask:
“What do I need to know right now?”
Listen without forcing an answer.

🔥 Release Ritual
Write down fears, limiting beliefs, habits, or stories you are ready to let go of. Safely burn the paper (or tear it up) while saying:
“I release what no longer serves me.”

🖊️ Journal Practice
Complete these sentences:
• I am ready to let go of…
• My soul is calling me to…
• If I trusted myself completely, I would…

🕯️ Set an Intention
Light a candle and write one word you wish to embody over the coming weeks:
Trust. Freedom. Courage. Joy. Faith. Expansion.

2026 has definitely been a year of huge transitions so far! However it finally feels right to share that…

There’s a new little person joining our family in October 👶🏻

And while this is such a happy and meaningful chapter for me, Peter and Maeve, I also know pregnancy announcements can bring up a lot of different emotions for people. I’ve had my own fertility journey with endometriosis and I know how complicated, painful and isolating these conversations can sometimes feel.

Because of that, I never take this kind of news lightly. But I also want to share it because I truly believe miracles can happen, even when the road there feels uncertain.

I always strive to be open and honest on this page and it feels right to share this part of my life. Especially because I’m definitely not the “glowing goddess loving pregnancy” type 😅 I actually find pregnancy really hard in many ways, physically and emotionally. For me, it’s been a deeply personal and at times overwhelming journey.

But I also think there’s value in talking more honestly about these experiences. Not just about the beautiful moments, but the messy, complicated, vulnerable ones too. Pregnancy really allows me to see the duality in life- the beauty with the pain, gratitude with the fear, the love and the grief and so many other contrasting feelings and emotions thrown in there!

I’m going to keep working and holding space for as long as feels right, but things will begin winding down from September onwards! As baby is now in the driving seat and I am surrendering to their timing now, not my own (which is a huge life lesson for me!)

But for now I’ll be taking 1:1 treatment clients on Thursday evenings and continue to hold bi-monthly women’s circles each month!

Any advice from adapting from 1 to 2 kids would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏼

What’s the ONE spiritual tool I couldn’t be without and the one I recommend to everyone I work with?

Oracle cards 🔮

Honestly, they were the catalyst that started my spiritual journey.

One deck turned into another and before I knew it, I was reconnecting with my intuition, trusting myself more deeply and seeing life in a completely different way ✨

And now? I’m not even exaggerating when I say I have a deck in everywhere!

They’re basically my emotional support spiritual buddy at this point 💫

And if you’ve ever had a reading with me or sat in one of my circles, you’ll know there’s one thing I ALWAYS say…
