KEEP MOVING IN OCTOBER 🤍

My October Online Pilates Programme is ready! 🧘🏼‍♀️
I’ve put a lot of love, time and effort into creating this so that you can still keep moving throughout October, even while I’m away on my annual leave. 🤍
Whether you’re going away, can’t always make it to an in-person class, prefer moving at home, or just want some Pilates to fit around your own schedule this is there for you whenever you need it.

There are 14 videos included, with full Pilates classes, extra movement sessions, breathwork and more, so you have plenty to keep you moving throughout the month. Some videos are short like the bonus ones but the value is there.

If you’d like to join:
🔗 Head to the link in my bio for payment link ( ill need your email and phone to so send me a message 🙂

OR
💌 Send me a message saying “PILATES” and I’ll send you the payment link. Or comment it below if thats easier.

Id like to have everything finalised this weekend so I can make sure everyone has access before I head away. ✈️

And a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has already supported me with this. 🥹🤍 It genuinely means so much, and I hope you love using the programme as much as I’ve loved putting it together.

Let’s keep moving this October! ✨

Ps. If your on the fence I can send you a free 30 min video to trial. Simply comment FREE. This is a new video for those who want an extra movement session at home.

✨ PILATES THURSDAY ✨6pm

“Pilates is easy.” 👀

Well… that depends on your teacher, their style and how they teach it! 😏

Pilates might look like you’re just lying down on a mat, but good Pilates can challenge your strength, control, stability, mobility and coordination and yes, you will feel it tomorrow! 🔥

So let’s bust a few myths:

❌ “Pilates is easy.”
It can be gentle, but it can also be seriously challenging. It depends on how it’s taught and how you’re challenged.

❌ “You need to be flexible.”
Absolutely not. You work with your own range and build mobility and control over time.

❌ “Pilates is just for women.”
Pilates is for everyone. Strength, mobility, balance and body awareness don’t have a gender!

Come and see for yourself tonight 🤍 Spaces still available.

✨ All levels welcome

No matter where you’re starting from, I’ll give you options to work at your level. 💪🏼

Pain isn’t always a sign that you need to stop moving.

The goal is to understand your pain, build confidence in movement and gradually get stronger 💪🏼

That’s a big part of how I approach rehab not just treating the painful area, but helping you get back to doing what you actually want to do.

My run content is paused… but that doesn’t mean everyone else has stopped running! A lot are probably peaking with long run this weekend or next.

The Dublin Marathon is getting closer, and for many of you, training is reaching its peak with those big, long runs.

But while you’re preparing your legs for the distance, don’t forget to prepare the rest of your body too. 🏃‍♂️

Mobility matters. Fuel Matters. Preparation matters.

Think about moving your upper body through:
↕️ Flexion & extension
↔️ Side bends
🔄 Rotation

These movements help keep your spine and upper body moving, which is important when you’re spending hours running.

And it’s not just for runners. If you’re sitting at a desk all day, these simple movements are a great way to break up those long periods of sitting and get your body moving.

So as marathon day gets closer and those long runs get longer…

Don’t just train for the distance. Prepare your body for it too.

A few minutes of mobility can go a long way. 💪🏃‍♀️

✨ October Online Pilates ✨

While I’m away, my online Pilates programme will be available throughout October and for anytime after that. With a library of pre-recorded classes you can do whenever suits you 🤍

I’ve had such lovely feedback from those already doing the programme, and I know some of my in-person clients will still want a way to keep moving while classes are paused.

All sign-ups need to be completed before I go away, so if you’d like access for October, send me a message and I’ll get you set up before I leave.

And if you’re curious but not ready to commit, I’m happy to send you a free class to try first just message me for the link 🫶🏼

No pressure at all, but I know some of you have been asking!

Friendly reminder to unclench your jaw.

Drop your shoulders.

Soften the muscles around your mouth.

Take a proper breath.

In through your nose.

Out through your mouth.

You probably don't even realise the tension you are holding.

Your welcome.

If you’re new here or you’ve been following along i will be sharing more about me how KH Therapy has evloved.

I’m Kelly, a Physio and Pilates instructor, and I’m the person behind KH Therapy.

I qualified as a Coru registered physical therapist in 2019, but getting to the point of doing this full-time wasn’t exactly a straight line.

I studied my courae while working full-time in retail, and after graduating I started to build KH Therapy alongside my other work.

Things were uncertain as I had no base line, no clients , no space , and throw covid in along this i just started trying to build something. It took time to figure out what I wanted my career to look like and how I could build something of my own

For a couple of years, KH Therapy was something I built part-time, while working other jobs and figuring things out as I went how to run a business, juggle life and be happy ( we are still figuring that out too)

Fast forward to now, and I’ve been running KH Therapy full-time for the last 3 years. 🤍

Along the way, my work has naturally evolved.

🩺 Physiotherapy trained since 2019
🧘🏼‍♀️ Teaching mat Pilates for the last 3 years
🤸🏼‍♀️ Teaching Reformer Pilates for the last year
💻 Online rehabilitation & movement coaching
🏡 In-person physiotherapy/home visits
🏢 Corporate wellbeing & workplace movement
💪🏼 And lots of education around pain, strength, movement and helping people feel more confident in their bodies.

I want to understand why you’re struggling, what you want to get back to, and how we can build your confidence and capacity to actually do those things.

That might mean physiotherapy, strength work, Pilates, movement education or a combination of all of them.

And KH Therapy is still evolving. There have been plenty of changes along the way, and I’m sure there’ll be plenty more.

So whether you’re here for the physio side, Pilates, movement, rehabilitation, or just following along with my own journey…

Hi, I’m Kelly 👋🏼 Welcome to KH Therapy.

Here’s to the next chapter. 🤍

💡 DID YOU KNOW?

The HSE Get Active scheme can provide eligible people with a fitness watch and 3 resistance bands to help support them in becoming more active. ⌚️💪

It’s a simple way to get started with movement at home whether that’s building up your walking, adding some resistance exercises, or simply becoming more aware of how much you’re moving each day.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Know someone who could benefit from this? Tell a family member or friend today!

👉 Have a look at the HSE Get Active scheme and see if you or someone you know could be eligible.
