Two years since I decided to become self employed and i still ask myself this question a lot 🥹

It’s very easy to constantly doubt ourselves and put ourselves down, especially as women💕

Running my own business is tough at times but I wouldn’t change it for the world 🌍

Of course I wouldn’t be anywhere without all my gorgeous clients who make me laugh daily😆

That’s what makes it all worth it in the end🤍

I’ve been asked a few times since opening my business why my treatment space is a women-only space, so I wanted to share why🤍

When I created Éala Aura, I wanted it to be a place where women could feel safe, understood, and completely switch off.

I’ve chosen to train in reflexologies tailored towards women’s health, so I can understand and hold space for women no matter what part of their life they are at 💞

There’s also a practical reason. As a sole therapist, I need to look after my own body. Deep tissue massage is physically demanding, and working within my niche allows me to continue doing what I love comfortably❤️

This has never been about excluding men—they deserve time to rest and heal too. It simply means I’m not the right therapist for them.

For me, this has always been about creating a space where women feel truly cared for🤍

Yes… I get shoulder pain too🙋🏼‍♀️

I catch myself sitting with terrible posture.
I don’t always drink enough water.
I definitely don’t get as much rest as I should (the reality of running a business!)

The truth is, wellness isn’t about being perfect.
