Fighting Blindness is pleased to promote DigiCoach, a dedicated initiative designed to support individuals who are blind or vision impaired in effectively accessing and utilising assistive technology.

DigiCoach provides free, confidential, one-to-one peer coaching on all aspects of assistive technology, tailored to individual needs. The service is focused on enhancing digital capability, promoting independence, and enabling participants to maximise the benefits of assistive technology in their daily lives.

Our coaches deliver structured and practical guidance designed to build confidence and support each participant’s goals. Support is offered through a range of accessible formats, including telephone, online platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, as well as a limited in-person service where appropriate.

In addition, the programme offers guidance for parents of blind and vision impaired children. This includes support in understanding assistive technology solutions that can enhance learning, communication, and overall development within the home and educational environments.

We welcome referrals and expressions of interest from individuals, families, and professionals working within the sector.

For further information or to register for DigiCoach, please contact:
