Make sure to check out our brand new Shockwave Therapy Machine!! 💥💪

Our new Shockwave Therapy treatment is designed to help with persistent tendon and soft tissue injuries, including plantar fasciitis, Achilles pain, tennis elbow, shoulder tendinopathies and more.

Sessions are €80, or we offer a package of 5 sessions with 1 free.

The first step is an assessment with one of our physiotherapists to determine if Shockwave Therapy is the right treatment option for you. We’d be happy to help answer any questions or get you booked in so contact us now! 💙

From the 1st of June onwards we are no longer using the MINDBODY app. Anyone attending our Pilates services please join LegitFit via the invitation email we have sent you. This makes sure you can see the timetable and have access to any remainder passes.

The spacious villas, right along the beach are €600 for a shared room or €800 for a single room with a deposit of €250 to be payed ASAP and it includes all your breakfast, activities and an amazing Pilates pack made by us! 🏖️🌊🛖

Highlights from our Palma Retreat in Son Caliu 💕

Huge thanks to everyone who attened our Palma Retreat this year. We loved moving with every single one of you and enjoyed sharing the odd drop of Cava 😉

We are so excited for our next pilates reteat in Bere Island in 2 weeks time 🏝

We will also be taking bookings soon for our October pilates retreat in Portugal and can't wait to share our new location 😀

New, morning early bird classes, some new mid-morning classes (like on Saturday, classes on the hour, every hour) and a new 5pm slot on Tuesdays for anyone looking to unwind after work but have somewhere else to be later! 😉😆 We’ve got something for everyone… and some! 🤩

We heard your voices and we always love a bit of feedback so, thank you to all of those who let us know how we can make Pilates more available to you!
