We originally created this as a bucket list for ourselves.

We wanted to track where we’d played.
But more importantly where we still wanted to go.

There are too many great golf courses, and what feels like very little time to play them all.

Unless you make a plan, years pass quickly.

Each BHÍOS piece is built around that idea.

The courses you’ve experienced.
The ones you’re still dreaming about.
And the stories collected along the way.

Delighted to be involved in the Social Media Open again this year.

A great event played on four class courses.
Ballybunion, Dooks, Ceann Sibeal and Tralee.

We’ve put together something a bit different for the long drive prize this year.

A new 12 × 16 piece. First time we’ve done this size.

We worked with at EIG Travel on a bucket list built around the kind of things he feels his long drive champion should be trying to stamp off in their golf career:

Hole-in-one
Break 70
Play in a Pro-Am
Attend The Masters
Attend The Open
Win Long Drive at the Social Media Open

A piece like this not only marks the occasion, but it will hopefully encourage the winner to experience the incredible things Tom has listed here.

The feature image was taken by the one and only - Jody Crosbie. An incredible shot of the 18th hole in

Best of luck to everybody playing. Hopefully the weather cooperates.

We’ve been lucky enough to work on some great pieces, but this was the first of its kind for us.

I received a message from a client looking to create a gift for Rory McIlroy’s manager, Sean.

The idea was to mark the year Rory had in 2025, and to recognise the role Sean played in it.

Up to that point, everything we had done was either maps or full photography pieces. Neither felt right for this.

I went back and forth on a few ideas, but everything I sketched leaned too much towards Rory. It didn’t quite capture what the piece was meant to be about.

Then.... I came across an image of the two of them together, with Sean's arm over his shoulder.
That was it.

It felt like it showed exactly what we were trying to get across.

The relationship. The guidance. Everything that goes on behind the scenes.

From there, the piece came together quickly.
We structured it almost like a bucket list, but with a twist.

Win on the PGA Tour - again
Win the Irish Open - again
Win The Players - again
Win an away Ryder Cup - again

And at the centre of it all...
Win the Grand Slam

It was the first time we created something like this, built around a relationship rather than a place. It went down very well with the client, and we’ve since created a number of similar pieces.

I am thinking this could work really well for tour groups or people who want to remember a specific moment.

In just a few days, Rory will be serving his Champions Dinner at Augusta.

A couple of weeks ago, I put up a slightly more… 'traditional' Irish version.

Since then, I’ve given it a bit more thought, and I think this is what I'd actually serve.....

Golf genuinely changed this guy’s life.

A message landed in my inbox a few months ago from Jason Banks, Chief of Security at the U.S. Embassy in Ireland.

He’d taken up golf after moving to Ireland three years ago.

Since then, he’s travelled parts of the country he never expected to see, and made friends he otherwise never would have.

And he lost 16 stone.

When people come to golf later in life, it can really grab hold of them.

One thing is for sure… it rarely lets go.

Before leaving Ireland, Jason wanted something to mark that chapter properly.

Not just the courses he’s played, but the ones he plans to come back for.

He sent over quite a list.

56 courses.
55 in Ireland.
And of course, St Andrews.

Portmarnock is a special place for him, so we centred the piece around this image by Jody Crosbie.

Each stamp becomes a memory.

Every empty box is a reason to come back.

Thanks Jason.

Send us a photo when it’s up on the wall in Virginia.

We’ve just started working with Adam Toth - .

An award-winning Canadian photographer who’s been based in Ireland since 2016.

Adam has shot some of the best golf courses in the country, along with some of Scotland's finest.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be adding a number of these to the collection.

Old Head
Royal County Down
St Andrews
Royal Portrush
Portmarnock
Prestwick
Lahinch
County Sligo
North Berwick
The Island
Ballybunion
Carne

Some list.

How good is this image of the Swilcan Bridge at St Andrews?

Here’s a first look at a project we worked on with

Each year they run The Kingdom Cup, played across two of Kerry’s best links courses and .

A singles competition on Masters week. 120 players over 2 days.

It is a proper event. It just didn’t quite have an identity that matched it, especially given where it’s played.

So we had a look at it.

Waterville’s hare and Dooks’ natterjack toad. Two iconic course symbols brought together in one mark for The Kingdom Cup.

Simple idea, but it ties the tournament back to the place straight away.

It was great to work with Cian, Colm & Ciara on this, and I’m looking forward to seeing it front and center on the winners prize in a couple of weeks.

Paddy’s weekend.

The time of year golf in Ireland starts waking from its winter hibernation.

Clubs dusted off.
Courses beginning to dry out.
The first flowers starting to bud.

Summer is not far away….
