Thank you all for a great weekend with Finbarr and Aideen in charge in my absence. I’m so grateful for the community around me and all my fabulous friends and customers.The sauna is tucked away safely from the stormy conditions and thank you Finbarr, Darren and Paul for helping me move it yesterday! I couldn’t have done it on my own.

Please read the message below from who organised a fundraising event for a Palestinian family in my absence. Thank you to everyone who turned up and for all your generous donations.

I would like to thank everyone on behalf of Layan for your support at the sauna fundraiser and all the donations leading up to it. The goal was to get a tent for Layan and her daughter Jinaa for the winter which we have achieved twice over. Thanks to your generosity we raised €500 in cash on Thursday night and more than €1000 prior to that in donations. It is such a relief to Layan and the gratitude and love she continually asks me to communicate to you all is immense. Fair play to you all, Saoirse don Phalistín 🇵🇸 🇮🇪 ❤️

Hey everyone!
Joy and I are doing another little wellness collaboration this Sunday starting at 10 am with a one hour yoga and breathwork session with Joy followed by an hour of sauna and sea-dips. I will then serve up soup and healthy bread and included is also a healthy treat with tea or coffee. All home made by me. Optional yoga session only is €15 for the hour and if you wish to participate in the full wellbeing experience it’s €50 in total. There’s only 10 spots available for the deal and it’s prepaid via Revolut. Dm me to book in for this. If you want to book in for the yoga only, contact Joy. See you all in the cove!

Friends of the Swede Sauna are invited to enjoy Leo Mullane and band at the Robert’s cove Inn.
Instead of tickets please bring a bag of fire wood for the venue. A hat will be passed for musicians.
