Thank you all for another beautiful weekend in the cove and what a weekend to kick off the Pilates classes on the beach with Emer barre.bound. Thanks to everyone who showed up. To secure your spot going forward please use the link in my bio to book in for the Pilates/sauna combo consisting off 45 min Pilates followed by an hour sauna session. Send the €10 to Emer via this Rev link: and the €15 to my Rev link for the sauna:
First come, first served an the combo will fill up fast! Class will kick off at 9.15 am on Sunday morning and bookings are limited for the combo but theres plenty of space for people just to show up with their mat for pilates. The feed back was fabulous 👌

Thursday 11 am-1 pm
Friday 11 am-5 pm
Saturday 4-8 pm
Sunday 11 am-6 pm

Dm for all private bookings. €120/hr for 8 people.

Thank you all for your continued support of Swede Sauna. For those of you that don’t know, there are many stunning scenic walks around and I’ll be happy to guide you to discover these gems. I’ll be there from Friday to Sunday this week and the Barre inspired Pilates classes are kicking off on Sunday morning at 9.30 am (weather permitting). Use the booking link in my bio to book in for these and all shared sessions. If you want a private booking, call me or send a dm. Private bookings are available for sports team, families, companies, community groups etc and if you have any specific requirements, just let me know. See you all in the cove.

Thank you all again for being the best customers and welcome to all the newbies!

Just a quick reminder to say I’m doing a fundraiser on Saturday the 9th of May for Pieta House and the PCRF. The bookings are open from 6-9 am and the first session is fully booked! I’ll be open until 4 pm that day and the donation bucket will be there. Please bring cash for this event as it’s shared between the two charities.

I’ve a few of my face and body oils left in stock and they’re selling fast so dm me if you want to preorder one. They can also be used as a hair oil and a cleanser and they’re made in Kinsale by and now part of the ritual of sauna,sea swims, my homemade salt scrub and the last touch, these oils.

My opening hours for the week ahead are below.

Sunday 2-9 pm
Monday 9 am-12 pm and 4-9 pm

Thank you all for your continued support. The forecast for the weekend looks pretty good. Thankfully, Roberts Cove beach is a very peaceful and sheltered spot. Come experience it for yourself.

Don’t forget about the special deal on Thursday evening. Bring two brand new sauna friends and you go free!
