👉Sharon didn't know anything about Craniosacral Therapy until she was looking online for something that could help her son.

When Sophie and her husband brought their little girl, she was experiencing very unsettled and fussy behaviour especially at night, and no-one in the house was getting much sleep 😢

Symptoms like these are often called colic and generally worried parents are told it will pass eventually...

Had a lovely Sunday morning at The Natural Clinic in Cork taking part in the Introduction To Craniosacral Therapy Day which was organised by .ie 🌅

👉 It was a great opportunity for people to see what a session feels like, and quite a few had brought their children for CST in the past and never had it for themselves!

🌿 When Áine first brought her daughter for Craniosacral Therapy, she was nervous as she didn't know what to expect which can be worrying for a child.

This handsome fella (the baby, not me 🤣) came for a few Craniosacral Therapy sessions for issues with reflux and feeding issues after a tongue tie release ✨

He'd had forceps assistance during his birth which often leads to strain patterns in a baby's body. In addition, the muscles used in feeding hadn't readjusted after the tongue tie release 😟

👉 By tuning into the connective fascia of his body, I was able to locate areas of tension and allow gentle release.

Mum reported improvement in his reflux and feeding issues after just one session, and better sleep after two! 🎉
