All animals are grass fed while roaming free on lush green pastures. During the processing stage all carcasses are dry aged to enhance the taste and ensure the tenderness of our premium produce. attoir facility are approved by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) and the Food Safety Authority (FSA). All produce is available either chilled or frozen and can be air or sea freighted to the desired destination for our customers.
