About your therapist

I have enjoyed a wide and varied background in the beauty and wellness industry including several years working in Laser and Skincare clinics, 5 star Spas and Health Clubs in Ireland and the U.K. My love of holistic therapies stems from the feeling of support and sense of calm they gave me during some very stressful times in my own life.

I offer a nurturing space where clients can take time to relax, renew and re-charge while I gently ease the stress and strain from mind, body and soul.

New price list from the first of June. I’m needing to put my prices up slightly as my booking system increased its prices about 12months ago. So it just wasn’t realistic to keep them as they were. But just a small increase, they’ll change from the first of June. And won’t affect any appointments that are already pre booked. 🙏💖

RECALIBRATE

Had the most amazing treatment last week at my old stomping ground, The Beautique Spa in Hayfield Manor with the amazing Tanya. And to say I floated home is an understatement. But boy did I badly need it too. And I’d probably left it far too long. We really dont know what we’re holding on to until we’re able to put it down.

The tension we might be holding in certain areas, impacting how we go about our day to day, physically, physiologically and emotionally. Massage can play a really important role in helping bring these parts of ourselves back into alignment. Soothing our overwrought nervous systems back from fight or flight or freeze. To helping us handle challenging emotions by increasing our sense of calm and resilience to stressors. I’ve not enough space to expand here but this is my reminder to myself and anyone who sees this to prioritise time out for self care. Happy Sunday 🙏
