Summer is here and our sunny yoga retreat at the beach are back!! Join us for our Soul Connection retreat on Sunday 5th July at 10 am 🌞!!

What to expect
✨Sandy beginner-friendly yoga flow.
✨Salty Sea Cleanse -Optional (Group Run in and dunk kind of vibe).
✨Delicious local food to nourish your soul (loving salads, fresh fruit, and alternative bread company sourdoughs).
✨Wholesome chats with hot herbal tea & orange chocolate protein balls of course!

Who is this for

Taking care of your body and mind during pregnancy is so important. it’s a time to slow down, listen within, and nurture yourself.

Join our new Pregnancy Yoga term at Soul Yoga, this 6-week course is designed to support you in this special stage of your life. We will work on strength, mobility, breath, and emotional well-being throughout the sessions.

Lots of labour prep and breathwork which will be so beneficial for the big day, no matter which way you choose to give birth. This class will help you mentally, physically, and emotionally prepare.

Your body is changing. We are here to support you in creating space for baby and relieving tension from pregnancy-related aches and pains.

Pilates is a gentle, low-impact workout that can help strengthen the pelvic floor, which is vital in supporting the body during pregnancy. A strong pelvic floor can help reduce the risk of back pain, improve posture, and prevent urinary incontinence. It can also contribute to smoother and more efficient labour and delivery by offering better control during contractions, and aid recovery postpartum.

This gentle class is designed to build strength and maintain a safe core connection throughout pregnancy. It’s a lovely way to bond with your bump and connect with other expectant mums.

This 5-week course costs €99 and can be partially claimed through health insurance.

Pilates is a gentle, low-impact workout that can help to ease pain and develop body awareness. Pilates can help you to transform how your body feels. Instead of carrying the stress of the workday home with you, imagine attending to one class a week that helps you:

- Increase core strength and overall body strength.
- Helps to prevent injuries.
- Enhances body awareness.
- Increase flexibility and mobility...
- Helps to strengthen the pelvic floor.
- Helps to improve breath control.

This 4-week course will give you an excellent foundation of Pilates movements, core activation and breath.
Feel empowered in your body, mind and soul.
No movement or Pilates experience needed to attend this course. The course is designed to introduce you to or re educate you on the important foundations of Pilates so you can get the most benefit from your practice and begin your journey in the right way. You don’t even need to bring a mat with you we have everything. Allow us to look after you.
