✨ HOW FAR I’VE COME ✨
There was a time I honestly thought this just wasn’t for me.
I’d start… stop… feel like I’d failed… and go right back to old habits.
Food was my comfort. My go-to. My everything.
And no one really talks about how hard it is to break that cycle.
But something changed… 💭
I stopped chasing “perfect”
And started focusing on progress.
Now look… 👇
💫 I’ve shown up even when I didn’t feel like it
💫 I’ve made better choices (not perfect ones!)
💫 I’ve still enjoyed my food 🍝
💫 I’ve kept going after bad days instead of quitting
And the biggest win?
👉 I don’t feel stuck anymore.
This journey isn’t just about weight…
It’s about confidence, mindset, and proving to yourself that you can do it 💪

🥳🌟 WOW… what an incredible 17 weeks it has been at Susan’s NEWEST Slimming World Group at the Westgate Foundation Centre, P31 TF34 (next to the Oriel House Hotel) every Wednesday at 7pm! 🌟
