The perfect ending to a weekend of live music and song - lovely comments from a Sound Bath attendee last night…..

“Hi Michelle, just wanted to thank you again for this evening. Myself and my friend thoroughly enjoyed it. I found the experience to be highly immersive and deeply grounding as did she and we spoke about it at length on the drive home.

I really like that unlike other sound baths, it focuses on the mind-body connection. I would definitely like to book in for the next one on the 19th of July, it's actually the day before my birthday so I think it's just perfect timing! I am going to revolut you tomorrow for that. Fresh off the plane last night from hosting a Tai Chi retreat in Spain, it was my pleasure and privilege to hold a workshop this morning in the glorious sunshine and surroundings of Nano Nagle place. Putting the TREAT in retreat! Just one more sleep until I get to welcome my 11 gorgeous guests to beautiful Nerja for classes with me, Michelle - Tai Chi, Meditation, Sound Baths. And also Yoga with Kate Cuddy. And not forgetting our stylish villas each with a private pool. the pristine beaches just 8 mins walk away, lovely seafront restaurants and the breathtaking views at the Balcon de Europa.
