A sincere thank you to our Cork City Marathon crew 🧡

A big thank you to everyone who took on the Analog Devices Cork City Marathon in support of the Crann Centre - especially Mark Dillon, Donncha O'Connell (BuzzCutz Barber Shop), Jane Forde, Sinead O'Brien, Mark Gibbons and our own Gemma Leo & Caroline Buckley!

Together, you’ve raised over €3,000 (and counting), which will make a real difference to the families who rely on Crann’s services.

Thank you also to everyone who supported a runner in the Cork City Marathon - your support will have been a huge motivator for this incredible challenge, and we're so grateful to be able to put your donations to work supporting local families living with neuro-physical disabilities ✨

Well done to the organisers and team behind the event (shout out to our own Karen Bevan) - a huge accomplishment!

Emma O'Sullivan and her little boy José (Zé) who's nearly 2 years old, have been attending services at Crann since the Summer of 2025. In this brave and honest interview Emma speaks about their journey and Ze's diagnosis including cerebral palsy to the Irish Examiner.

Emma and Zé's words illustrate the care and effectiveness of our team and whole-family model of care far better than we can express. We thank Emma for taking the time for sharing their story.

Emma O’Sullivan, whose child was born with serious health issues, praises the Crann Centre for taking care of not just her child but the family and support system too, writes Helen O’Callaghan

This week we welcomed the 1000th family into our service! We are incredibly proud to reach this milestone, supporting so many families living with neuro-physical disabilities - always working to partner, listen and find solutions to their unique family needs.

This speaks to the growing recognition of our 2Generation (whole family) Model of Care, and the expertise and experience of our Team to coordinate health, wellbeing and participation plans that support each member of the family's needs.

While we celebrate reaching a milestone number of families, the reality is that we need sustained funding to continue to provide the capacity and quality of support that we strive for - and to improve outcomes for families living with neuro-physical disabilities even further.

Please create or donate to our Walk n'Roll fundraiser (link below)
Or, set up a monthly donation on our website if you can - this recurring funding helps us to secure the future for Crann.

Thank you!
