Bella the Butterfly tells the story of a caterpillar that transforms into a butterfly in such a way that the child imagines they are the butterfly surrounded by love. Bella the Butterfly is a Reiki self-treatment for children in which the child is guided through the twelve positions in Reiki and explains the meaning of the positions through the story of Bella. The Reiki aspect has healing and spir

itual qualities which children empathise with so easily due to their natural alignment with the Reiki energy. I am a mother of three children and know at first hand the value of the CD as a tool to assist young children to become calm and peaceful and also to assist them to reach a special place in their heart that helps them understand their being. Wellbeing Workshop 🌈

As part of Amber flag Wellbeing Week, I was asked to facilitate workshops for students in Glenroe .

We combined music, movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness crafts, grounding in nature and introduced Bella the Butterfly 🦋 mindfulness books with hand positions and breathing exercises.

We had so much fun 🌈
