Yang excess burns them fast: salt, red meat, stress, overwork. Your body contracts, sweats, and empties like boiling water evaporating.
Yin excess drains them slowly: sugar, alcohol, cold, mental dispersion. Silent. Deep. The well runs dry before you notice.
