Blue Moon Reflection/Cóbh Woods/Cork Harbour & the Horses
On Sunday May 31st, we are experiencing a rare Blue Moon a powerful invitation to release what is no longer ours to carry.
Today, as we walked beneath the ancient trees of Cóbh Woods and welcomed the beautiful Cork harbour there was a quiet reminder that nature understands the wisdom of letting go. The trees release what they no longer need with each season, trusting the cycle of renewal. Their roots remain grounded while their branches continue to reach toward the light. The water rippled against the water edge like an ebb and flow of our emotions.
Later, standing with the horses, we witnessed that same lesson reflected back to us. Horses live fully in the present moment.
They do not carry yesterday’s burdens or tomorrow’s worries. They respond honestly to what is, inviting us to do the same. In their presence, we are reminded to soften, to listen, and to release the weight we have been holding.
This Blue Moon calls us to bring closure to situations that have stagnated, expired, or quietly completed their purpose. Full Moons act like magnets, drawing emotions, truths, and heaviness to the surface so they can finally be cleared away.
Allow the magnetic pull of this Blue Moon to lift what has been weighing on your heart.
What are you ready to release?
What belief, expectation, relationship, fear, or responsibility is no longer yours to carry?
Sometimes, when we loosen our grip, we create space for what is genuinely meant for us to arrive.
If you are feeling scattered, uncertain, or insecure about the future, see if you can invite more trust into your life. The more we resist change, the more turbulent it can feel. Yet when we surrender to the unfolding process, we often discover that the very shifts we feared are creating freedom we could not yet imagine.
This Sagittarius Blue Moon offers powerful support for new beginnings. It is a beautiful time to clear space, adopt healthier habits, shift limiting mindsets, and take courageous steps toward a new chapter.
The Moon asks us not to think our way forward, but to feel our way forward to trust our intuition and move from the wisdom of the heart.♥️
As we experienced today through our walk among the trees and feeling the energy of the water and our time with the horses, movement can be medicine. Spending time in nature helps emotions move through the body rather than becoming stuck within it.
Emotions are energy in motion. When we honour them and allow them to flow, they become fuel for transformation.
Blue Moons are rare, and their energy often marks turning points we remember long after they have passed.
May this Blue Moon help you release what is heavy, trust what is unfolding, and step forward with an open heart grounded like the trees, ebb & flow of the water, & present like the horses, and courageous enough to embrace the unknown.
Sending you lots of love & light. Noreen 🌕✨🐴🌲
