Weekly Shamanic Meditation class 8-9.30pm every Sunday.

Hello everyone, trust you are all well.
I'm delighted to begin weekly online meditation classes again. As always we will be working on a weekly theme and will look to heal that and welcome ongoing guidance of the changes we may need to make for our wellbeing.
The zoom details will be published prior to each class on receipt of payment via Revolut. Cost is €20 and each class will last 90 minutes. This will be an open group class and can be paid on a weekly basis. If anyone would like to invest in 5 classes upfront I can offer these for €80 as a package deal. Looking forward to connecting with you all again in this space.

Another Powerful week at Inish Beg Estate in Baltimore, West Cork as another dedicated, diligent and absolutely lovely group finished the Medicine Wheel. Nearly a year of challenging and sometimes really demanding journey into Andean energy medicine to complete the Shamanic practitioner course.
I look forward to hearing them sharing their gifts and helping others... Blessings, R

Happy Mother's Day to all of you as without you none of us would be here. Thank you for your tireless abundance of love, kindness and unconditional joy you bring to all life, always putting others first.
There should be more days when you come first.
It's a day to honour and celebrate Mother Earth as well.
