Launch Event❤️

What a great morning we had to celebrate MW Health & Safety’s Awbeg Training Centre. We are so grateful for the support from our local community and everyone who helped make this new venture possible!

Some of the highlights:
💚 Mick started us off by showing the journey of the business and how far we’ve come.
💚 Kevin O’Mahony explained the partnership between The Nimbus Research Centre and MW Health & Safety. This project has been in the works for over a year and will be a game changer for our training going forward.
💚 Ben McAuliffe from EmployAbility spoke about how MW Health & Safety have hired employees through this scheme which has made a huge difference to the business.
💚 We were lucky to receive demonstrations by the Nimbus Centre team to show how Virtual Reality will be used in our training centre to allow trainees to experience different scenarios through VR before applying their learnings in the real world.

A great morning was had with lots of chats and plenty of lovely treats from Lyla's Kitchen

🚧 Something exciting is coming to Buttevant! 🚧

Many people have been asking for local health & safety training in North Cork... we've listened.

Over the past while, we've been working behind the scenes to create our new MW Health & Safety Training Centre, with an official launch planned for the end of August.

Courses will include:
✅ Safe Pass
✅ Manual Handling
✅ First Aid
✅ Forklift Training
✅ CPC Driver Training
✅ Working at Height
✅ MEWP (Scissor & Boom Lift)
✅ Confined Space
✅ Fire Safety
…and much more.
