What is Access Bars?
Think of your brain like a computer. Over time, you open too many tabs, download heavy files, and run background programsโthese are your daily stresses, anxious thoughts, and old habits. Eventually, the computer starts running hot and slowing down.
At its core, this is a deep-relaxation technique. We live most of our lives in a 'fight-or-flight' state (the sympathetic nervous system), constantly reacting to stress.
During a session, I lightly touch specific points on your head that correspond to areas where we hold tension. This gentle, repetitive touch signals to your brain that it is safe to drop into the 'rest-and-digest' state (the parasympathetic nervous system). It lowers your cortisol (stress hormones) and shifts your brainwaves into a deeply meditative state.
